To all the energetic morning people...
...what are your tricks please lol? How do all you busy mums manage to stay healthy & energetic? I feel like I'm always having to push myself through the day, I have a constant headache & I'm tired all. the. time. I've been to the Dr multiple times for my headaches (just got given beta blockers which made me fall asleep everywhere), I've had allergy treatment, homeopathy & I see a chiropractor once a month. I have a 3.5 yr old & a 4 month old, so my nights aren't particularly consistent 🙃 but I've never been bursting with energy. I had glandular fever when I was a kid & it seems to have left me with a low threshold...I wish I was one of those mums who does all the extra fun stuff with her kids & who wakes up in the morning & thinks yeessss another day 🥳💪🏼
I'm not great at remembering to take vitamins, but I do try to take a high strength vit b plus a vit c, esp if my kids have colds. Sorry for the moan...any tips & tricks would be gratefully received 😊
