Feeling tired

How do you find a reason to get up in the morning.

I struggle with fatigue it's been hard like I enjoy sleeping but I've had enough

There was an interview with elders that asked them what they regret or advice to young. The women said you have all your life to live sleep when you're old because when you're elderly you can't do much.

For a healthy individual I should be able to do more with my life but I feel like I'm holding myself back

There are people that have recovered have had missing limbs, burns, PTSD, anxiety and these things don't hold them back from living

I feel like I'm wasting time wasting my life

Where do I start

My biggest fear is driving, my second issue is my self believing I'm good enough beautiful enough etc. People have said that I look nice I think I look OK but I have these insecurities that I don't look like a super beautiful woman and that's what society wants for women to wear makeup and look good all the time.

I know I'm not the only one that struggles I see moms on here and even celebrity's that have taken there lives if even a millionaire is unhappy a regular person can go through it too

I was watching Meet the Barker's and the Mom in the TV show she would sleep in all day was fatigued and no one understood I don't know if she had a health issue that caused it but people kept saying because she was lazy he left her. I know it's hard to take care of a sick partner or someone that has a medical condition medical disability

But how do you go on living normally especially if you're tired have fatigue I know some use coffee but what do you use for energy

If you have health insurance, get your blood checked, and see a psychologist to figure out what's happening. It could be an iron deficiency, chronic fatigue, depression, SAD, a sleep disorder, or so many other possibilities. My blood results were fine, and the Dr's "prescription" was a daily nap! I brought my husband into his office so the dr would repeat it to him, because he thought I was making it up 🤣If you don't have access, and I know it's hard to get motivated, exercise and healthy foods can greatly improve your sleep, so you'll have more energy during the day. but most importantly, be gentle with yourself. If you need sleep, then do what you're body is asking for. It doesn't make you lazy, not everyone is born with neverending energy.

I’m going to do an exercise with you about your confidence and self-esteem to get that going at least. I want you to take a piece of paper and draw a line down the middle on the left side using I am statements I want you to write all the mean girl things that you say about yourself. I am stupid, I am ugly, I am worthless, etc. and then on the right side I want you to write the opposite in a positive statement I am smart, I am beautiful, I am worth it, etc. and then I want you to take each positive statement and write it on an individual post it and I want you to put them all over the place in your house, in your car, etc. and when you see them I want you to repeat them with conviction like a daily affirmation. Unfortunately we are our own worst enemy, the one who limits us is our self, the things that we say to ourselves, we would still never say to another human being. The saying goes to treat people how you wanna be treated, but at the same token you need to treat yourself with the same love and respect that you would treat another person. As for the rest, I’m going to post some phone numbers, it sounds like you’re struggling with your mental health, you’re struggling with depression, and it could be a few other things going on as well. But at least I can help you with the mental health portion of your self-worth and your confidence and self-esteem. Love yourself, date yourself, pamper yourself, you don’t need a partner to do that, and remember that a man or a woman does not complete you, you complete yourself. Never rely on anyone for your happiness or you will surely be let down. Happiness comes from within. Another thing I want you to do is when you wake up in the morning, after you urinate obviously, I want you to take a five minute walk outside in the sun just five minutes, and that five minutes will wake your body up, it will energize you, it’s your me time to focus, be your escape from reality, it’s not to see how fast you can go or how many steps you can get in or your heart rate to be elevated, none of that it is your five minutes to yourself, that is your me time. When something becomes part of your routine, eventually your body will crave it, you’ll feel off when you don’t do it, five minutes of movement that’s all I’m asking you for, if you can stick with it for 10 days, 14 days, it will become a part of your routine. You can do anything that you put your mind to, like I said the only one that limits you, is your self. Get the driving manual, study for the test, there are driving simulators, video games, and just practicing once you get your permit. Whether you have anxiety or whatever it maybe you try and limit it by not going near big trucks, or anything that has crap on the roof or ladders or anything else that can fly out on the vehicle or whatever causes you anxiety. My mother gets anxiety from big trucks, She’s had multiple car accidents, none were her fault, but even though she’s never had an accident with a big truck, she’s terrified of them, she only drives during the daytime, and places that she knows nowhere new. You do what you have to do. Just try. Take it one day at a time, you’ve got this

It sounds like you need to speak to a therapist. This sounds like depression. I’m not a doctor but you should really reach out to yours.
