Has anyone used BetterHelp?

I want to start therapy again and called a ton of therapists in my area and they’re all booked for months. I see great reviews for BetterHelp on various non-sponsored websites, but the reviews on Reddit are bad. Has anyone used it before? And how was your experience?

Yes I use it currently. It's a little weird at first to get used to the zoom/facetime thing with a stranger but I'm about 5 sessions in now and it gets easier and more comfortable. I had to switch therapists at first though because I didn't like my first one.

I used it 2x. Depends which therapist you get, but you can always switch, and you get to choose your therapist
