New to BBT
Hi,
I will be starting to track my basal body temperature when I get my thermometer this week. I just got the blue easy@home one. My question is if there is more accuracy or any major benefits to temping vaginally vs. orally?
I am asking before I start because I want to be consistent and start with one method without switching later. Vaginally seems like it will be a little bit of a hassle and will also cause more movement than it would if I did oral temping.
Thoughts? Suggestions?
