Legs are killing me

Took my 2 year old to the zoo for the first time yesterday and walked around for about 5.5 hrs and I am feeling it today . I already had pelvic pain (21weeks preg) but walking yesterday didn’t help . My legs are ACHING and their isn’t much I can do or take . Just took ibuprofen which I know is a no no but I don’t have any advil I’m hoping it kicks in ASAP cs I am in painn
