white particles in urine

so i've been taking birth control pills for over 4

months. last week, i finished the placebo pills

and then when i started the active hormone pills

the 2nd day i had sex during that time without

condoms. am i still protected against

pregnancy? he didn't cum inside me. i've been

taking pills correctly. and like now it's been 10

days i found white particles floating it's like

tissue like in my urine i don't think it's a uti tho.

should i be concerned? i hope i'm not pregnant.

i'm supposed to get my peirod next week.

please let me know if it's normal i'm worried.
