Teething/sleep regression
My little one just turned 9 months yesterday. She slept through the night 10+ hours since she was 4 weeks. The last at least 3 weeks she's been waking up multiple times in the middle of the night. I'm thinking it's teething. Her four top teeth all seem to be coming in at the same time. Any suggestions to help her sleep through the night again? 🥱🥱
