idk if it’s the unprotected sex or what but i swear i am PRONE to UTIs. any tips or advice???

Try having sex with him behind, that way it’s not rubbing up against the urethra opening. Agreed with the light rinse either shower or bath. If you have a long time partner, maybe get an otc BV test to make sure you guys aren’t passing it back and forth to each other.

I used to get them ALL the time. My OB recommended urinating after sex or taking a shower. Ever since doing that, I haven’t had one in years!

Some providers will prescribe you a one time dose antibiotic to take after intercourses if it’s been determined intercourse is the culprit of them. UTi’s suck, I’m sorry
