First option: work schedule Monday-we’d 7:45-4:45 with an hr 1/2 lunch break. Thursday 7:45-12:30 and work every other Friday. After I finish my “internship” to see if I’m a good fit for the office and if the office is a good fit for me I will be on salary. What is great about being on salary is that during school holidays (thanksgiving break Christmas break and summer along with other holidays) I will be getting out at 2:30. Which means even though I’m not working the full hours I will still get a full paycheck but still be able to be with my kid. Only con I can really think of is there’s no benefits. My cousin works there which could be a bad thing but with her I doubt it she’s very sweet and respectful. I know she would train me well also.

Second job: work schedule 8-5 hour lunch. Pay is a dollar more than other job. I would have to travel in between offices as needed which is not very appealing to me. This job does offer benefits after 6 months. I have not met the team at the office they want me to work out so I don’t know what to expect.

In my past experience I’ve been on work interviews and the employees didn’t want to train me and basically acting like kids in school who talk about the new girl. I know I’m not there to make friends really but I would like to feel comfortable and be trained well and work as a team.
