This Might Be A Dumb Question...

I was watching the Eazy-E documentary (randomly popped up on my FYP for TikTok and out of boredom LOL...I decided to finish watching the limited series)

My question is... because there are so many conspiracy theories surrounding his passing and the idea that he never knew he had AIDS...

Can AIDS skip being HIV and just be full blown AIDS when contracted? Therefore possibly resulting in negative HIV results?

Again, dumb question but how can he have gone from being completely healthy showing no signs of the disease to full blown illness?

And I am asking anonymously because I feel dumb as hell despite my understanding to health and all. This documentary has me questioning my own understanding of healthcare. From the reports no one else he was sexually involved with had it. Especially considering he didn't pass it to his children.
