Terrified of giving birth
Is anyone else terrified of giving birth? I’m a ftm 28 weeks with a baby boy💙 I’ve been up almost every night for the past two weeks with extreme anxiety and panic about giving birth. I’m scared of the pain, the hospital, the needles, the postpartum, being alone, my mental state, everything. I have never been soo stressed in my life. Has anyone else felt this or is experiencing this? What do you think would help?
