Uti after sex every time !

Recently almost every time I have sex with my partner of 4 years I’ve been experiencing what I believe to be is a uti.... I have a Pap smear scheduled for January bc it’s making me nervous. It lasted all day the other day the burning and urge to pee but little came up every time & bleeding a little but I have had abnormal bleeding ever since I got my nexplanon put in the first few months it stopped my period then I started spotting for months wouldn’t stop and now it just comes and goes. I can’t tell whats normal and not normal with my body anymore after having children lol. I was also getting so much pressure in my pelvic... what i can do to prevent getting them 🥺
