Opks are useless with a trigger. You'll ovulate about 36 hours after the trigger. Follow the instructions your doctor gave.

You typically ovulate 12 to 48 hours after your peak. So you should definitely ovulate in the next day. The advise that was given to me is when you reach your peak BD 3 days in a row (the first being your first positive OPK) skip a day and do 1 more for good luck. That would ensure whenever ovulation actual happens there is sperm there to meet the egg.
