12-13 DPO

I’m not sure if this is IB but i started spotting yesterday and it started to get a little heavier today. Darkish rust color, but no clots like when I get my period. I’m not supposed to get my period for another 2 days. I’m just not sure how much your supposed to bleed with IB, I have a pad on and there’s a few drops on it after a couple hours but when I sit down to go to the bathroom I notice a few drops drip out of me but nothing too serious or anything like my normal period. I also have some cramping going on and tender breast and some nausea. What’s your thoughts?!?
