What time of day is best to test OPK?
Last cycle I tested with the advanced digital in the mornings and got high fertility days 9-12 and peak on day 13. Unfortunately I didn’t know to test twice a day once getting high fertility so I think I actually missed ovulation late day 12. I read that it’s best to test in the afternoon. Does anyone know why this is and for this cycle should I test in the afternoon or test twice a day?
