Positive Ovulation test?!!!!

I just got off the pill and we are trying. This is my last ovulation test and it definitely got darker today. My husband and I did the deed yesterday night. However he’s a truck driver and probably won’t come back till tomorrow, Or Friday night. By then it’ll probably be too late. Is it possible last nights sperm will get me pregnant? I’m anxious cus this could be it and I lost a pregnancy back in February and I’ve been longing for another baby.
