Laxative Lo loestrin fe No period

So I’m on BC pill lo loestrin fe and have been since June after getting the Nexplanon removed. I’ve had light brown bleeding during the placebo or end of pack for past few months (last period start Oct.9) … but no bleeding this month..?

I did take a laxative Oct. 16 for stomach issues and had sex in same weekend.. so that’s scaring me.

BUT I took a test and it was negative…

So is it normal for my period to just be gone??

I just need reassurance please :(
