Hi, I’m a first time mom of a cute preemie. The first thing I was told at the hospital was that I should pump at least 8 to 12 times a day.

I found that almost impossible in my routine taking care of the baby and I wanted to know how much this community is doing, I want to know how realistic are those minimum requirements.
