So i was ruched to the hospital last night after finding this in my toilet and being in severe pain . Since i had a positive test on the 31 of oct doc confirmed it was a miscarriage . How do i deal with this . We hav been ttc since Feb 2020 my first positive and then this happens what do i do how do i deal . Im booked to see the doc again 15 nov
