2 follicles & iui on tomorrow

So I have 2 follicles on my left 17mm and 19mm. I trigger shot last night and I am excited about tomorrow’s <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a>. Any tips pre and post <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a>?
