Hi, corrections officer here! Planning on working the yard until I start to show and then I’ll be working in administration! I work with female youth inmates, so thankfully the danger risk isn’t as significant as males.

Hiiii fellow officer here for the NYPD. When I was pregnant has soon as I saw a positive I told the job, I didn’t want to chance my gun belt pressing into my stomach or all the weight it puts on my hips. I worked admin after telling them. Next pregnancy I might just keep it a secret till 8 weeks, inside work sucks 😩
