Is this bloody show/mucus plug?

I got sent home last night from L&D. Nurse said my contractions look like active labor but I wasn’t dilating enough (from 1 to 2 in 5 hrs) so could be false alarm or early labor. This happened when I woke up. I had red bleeding earlier (not spotting) but assumed it was spotting from having my cervix checked. Nope. Definitely not spotting. When I wiped this I also had a lot of brown/red discharge. Contractions have since slowed a lot. Can I expect something soon???
