When will my period come

Had medication for miscarriage 5 weeks ago and haven’t started my period yet is this normal ?my hcg was at a 695 last week and I go tomorrow for a recheck

I had a “period” 3 weeks after my miscarriage when my hcg level was 40. It was like a period but obviously couldn’t be a real one. I’m now 6 weeks post miscarriage and my leftover hcg is soooo close to gone so I imagine I’ll have a real period soon. I’m pretty sure I ovulated Nov 1st so I expect maybe this weekend or early next week. 
Anyway good luck, it can take major time for the body to reset.

I had a mc almost 5 weeks ago & still no period as well. My hcg was 17.6 a few days ago & my provider told me not to expect a period until my hcg levels were down to 0. He said even when my levels reach 0 it may take a few weeks to get a cycle.

Have you taken a pregnancy test to make sure there’s no leftover HCG / a new pregnancy?
