28+1 blood in urine!?

Question

4+ blood in urine (sample has been sent off) I’d like to know if anyone else has had this. I have no symptoms of a UTI. Just not sure what to expect. I’ve been having tightenings past couple of days that haven’t amounted to anything (yes I have been checked twice by multiple midwife’s and doctors)

hmmm the only time i've ever have blood in my urine is when i have kidney stones.

Update:
I phone the maternity unit today and they said the results came back that there were white and red blood cells present but no growth so no infection. So absolutely no clue as to why there was such a high amount of blood in my urine🙃

I have blood in my urine all the time, infection or not. I had pretty severe utis growing up, so I don’t know if it could be related to that. But my dad and grandpa both have blood in urine and my 6 year old daughter as well. So it’s probably hereditary for us- urologist isn’t concerned at all. I’m sure it’s best to get everything ruled out, but for me, it’s not a problem at all.
