First two girls names begin with the same letter. Does the third girl also need a matching letter?

Our second daughters name only begins with a matching letter because we named her after a relative who passed away we wanted to honor. Not loving any other names with the same letter.

Yes. Honestly I know someone whose forst borns name doesn't rhyme but the last two do. It sounds odd. And makes people question why the one doesn't also have a similar name and the child might feel left out. If you already named the two names with one letter, just keep searching. But try to find a name similar. This is the youngest. Mind you s/he will want to be like the older siblings. Later on it might not matter I believe either name them all similar or do individual names.

I’m kind of in the same boat, we have two girls and their names begin with S. It wasn’t planned they just happened to be two names that we liked. I’m now pregnant with a boy and we haven’t found one boy name that starts with S that we both like so I’m thinking we will just go with whatever name we like no matter what it starts with 🤷‍♀️

So my mom did this lol, named my sister and I names that end in -anne and my other sister Geneviève… she said she just liked the name and my little sis thinks it’s funny and she stands out from both of us, she doesn’t mind it a bit. So we are Julyanne (me, Roxanne (middle sis) Geneviève (little sis) and I think it still flows well 🤷🏻‍♀️ 😂

I’m in a similar boat - my first 2 girls have gender neutral/traditionally boys names. If this ends up being a 3rd girl I’m torn about keeping that “trend” vs giving her a “girlier” name. I wasn’t planning on a trend at all I just love the 2 names I had picked, I wasn’t purposefully looking for only gender neutral. So now I’m torn. I wouldn’t want this 3rd (if it’s a girl) to feel left out. But I also don’t necessarily want to stick to a trend I didn’t even plan on from the start
