Sad day

Had my first appointment today and since I had a miscarriage earlier this year doctor did a vaginal ultrasound. Shocked to learn I have 2 babies but neither with a heartbeat. Going back Monday morning to confirm but doctor said he's confident they are both gone. If I don't miscarry on my own this weekend they'll schedule my d&c for Tuesday. I sit here in shock, not knowing what to expect. With my last miscarriage I was 16 weeks and I went into labor. It felt just like laboring with my first 2 babies. Sitting here waiting for cramps or bleeding to start. Sitting here hoping doctor was wrong and I'll go in Monday to hear a heartbeat but knowing thats not going to happen.
