Ttc cycle 4
Hi all, I’m 32 and my spouse is 48. Just got my period today after our fourth cycle of trying - lasts three cycles we used OPKs. The first one we didn’t. We haven’t been to a doctor yet, but might at six months if nothing has happened. How do you all stay hopeful during this? I’m starting to feel a little worried but know it can take a healthy couple up to a year.
