Freaking out please help!

So I had my July 2020 baby, I had really low supply of breast milk so at 3 months old she was strictly formula fed and was until now (12months old)

I had unprotected sex with my now ex partner roughly 8 weeks ago, since then my belly has gotten big and I noticed my nipples were really sensitive and now I have a small amount of milk coming out of both breasts. Please tell me this is just coincidence
