7 month old schedule ?

Hello mommies! What are you feeding your babies and how many times a day? How many bottles are they taking?

My baby is breastfed but feeds on demand.
When I'm at work (12 hour shift) my partner has this routine with her...
6.00am I BF her before I get ready to leave work
9.00am- Breakfast 4-5oz milk (Cereals or fresh fruit+ yogurt)
11.00am ish - Water and snack
NAP 
1.00pm - Lunch 4-5oz milk (savoury dish, veggies and meat *if she'll eat it* or just veggies and a pudding. Usually a custard pot
3.00pm - Snack
NAP
5.00pm - Dinner + 4-5oz milk (veggie savoury course again or if refused something fruit but low sugar)
7.00pm - Water and snack
8.30pm - I'm home and BF her
BEDTIME 
The snacks she usually has are -
-cut up fruit pieces
-fruit or veggie puffs
-fruit or veggie sticks
(Ella's kitchen ones)

My boy is having three naps. 
He has a breastfeed morning and after every nap. And then a breastfeed and top up bottle before bed and dream feed bottle. So 6 feeds.
He has breakfast before first sleep. Lunch before second sleep and then snack before third sleep.
In a week I’m planning on cutting to two naps and cutting one feed out and doing dinner
