Right abdomen pain? 15 weeks pregnant

Has anyone else experienced back/kidneys pain that wakes them up at night accompanied by lots of pain/pressure in the right abdomen? It feels like a big ball of pressure in my right side that hurts when I bend/walk and sometimes when I urinate. I have contacted the dr they sent me for a urine sample they haven’t gotten back to me so assume it’s clear. Other people seem to think it’s growing pains but I’m not convinced. My only other option was to go to emerg but I definitely don’t want that. Any ideas or similar experiences?
