Anyone going through testing for RPL?

Question

I have two beautiful healthy children but have had two miscarriages in a row since TTC #3. After 2 months on a waitlist I finally have an appointment with a fertility specialist on Tuesday.
Has anyone been through this? What tests did they order? What were your results?

I had a missed mc at 10w6d. Saw fertility 4-5 months after. They ordered alot of lab work- looking at hormones. Looked at a saline US to make sure my tubes were open. Found out I have a septate uterus and had surgery to resect this to prevent further losses. Did an endometrial biopsy and found inflammation. Took antibiotics. Have a healthy 3 week old baby after 1 round IVF. No true diagnosis was found for us.
