I’m bleeding to death and depressed

My period came on yesterday it was 2 days early. I feel like I’m bleeding to death I’ve gone through a tampon and a pad at the same time and got blood in my pants. I got my tubes tied last year after baby number 5 and I just think it’s a side effect of that. I’m depressed because my husband doesn’t care at all. I asked him to go get me a heating pad and tampons and he told me to go myself. I feel like I’m the scum of the earth. He is just mad his birthday is Monday and he refuses to have sex with me while my period is on so I’m his mind he can’t get no butt for his birthday so he is treating me like a alien. I’m sooooo depressed and I’m a lot of pain.
