Spotting with IUD

So I have had my Kyleena IUD for 7 months now. In October I had 2 days of dark brown spotting but no period. So not I haven’t had a legit period in a whole month. I’ve been having bad cramps and today I had light pink spotting. Is this normal? I took a test the other day and it was negative.
