Its not a heavy bleed but it still happening hasnt stopped since giving birth.

It can last up to 6-8 weeks. If it doesn’t stop by 8 weeks, call your doctor or midwife. Mine stopped at almost exactly 6 weeks.
It shouldn’t be bright red and heavy after the first couple weeks, so if it is, contact your provider.
