Gestational diabetes help

So I had my Dr appointment the other day an had to take my glucose test...when Dr measured me I was measuring 35 wks an I just turned 30 wks. So the following day I get a call from the ob telling me my irons low an that I failed my glucose test it was 187 an that I would have to take the 3hr glucose test. Today I went to go take an I didn't even get to that point first draw of blood the nurse comes out an says my sugars to high even after fasting. So what happens from this point? Will baby arrive early since I'm measuring 35 wks? Just a little worried I have other kids an didn't have it with them.
