Severe period symptoms
Every few months I get a period from hell.
I get cramps so severe it feels like I'm gonna shit myself. I become so hot I have to strip down and I throw up a few times.
The pain is so bad it lasts a few hours and there's basically nothing that helps except riding it out.
It seems to happen once every 6 months and the month after I miss a period.
I used to have mild periods does anyone else ever get periods like these ?
