Insurance didn’t cover breast pump

Anyone else have this issue? I went to the Medela website directly and clicked breast pumps covered by insurance. Entered all my Info ( dr/ insurance/ personal info.) They emailed me back saying it was covered but I had to wait 60 days. I finally received my breast pump only to find out my claim has been denied. 😩

Now my insurance is saying I owe $500. The pump is at Walmart for $189 with more gear!!!
