BBT help PCOS
I have been tracking my BBT since my last period (May). I have PCOS so this is normal for me. Because of the lack of normal cycles, I haven't seen what my chart actually does when I ovulate. I had 7 days of very stretchy/watery ewcm for the first time since March, and my graph looks a little different, but still not what I would expect based on other people's graphs. What do you guys think? Is there a chance I have actually ovulated or do you think maybe it was just the time change happening at the same time my body was trying harder than usual to ovulate?
Update:
My temperature did rise right after posting. Other than when I had my COVID vaccine, my temperature hasn't been above 96.7 since I started recording. I know I still need another day of high temps to be sure, but I have a good feeling about this one. Provided I did ovulate, does anyone know which day it might have been? Do people usually ovulate same day as the dip or after it?
