Maca dosage

Hi!!

I’m currently taking 400 mg of Vitex for irregular cycles/hormonal imbalance and was encouraged to try incorporating Maca root. I could only find the liquid so I picked that up and am adding a good full squirt to my water every morning. Anyone have any positive benefits from using the two herbs in unison?
