4w5d spotting 😢

I have had some brown spotting the past 4 days. I know the line doesn’t mean much but this has given me a bit of reassurance. I have had 3 previous miscarriages and am so anxious that I’ll be going through it for a 4th time. At the moment I still have symptoms, sore nipples. Bloating and nauseas x
