Clearblue digital

I know I shouldn’t have done this but I caved and opened my digital clearblue test (it showed -). After I took it apart I saw three lines. i know it doesn’t mean anything but I am two days away from my period (according to Glow, and according to another app I am 2 days late so I don’t know) and took a test in a middle of a day (not morning).

I had miscarriage this year so me opening it is kind of hope.

I googled negative test taken apart but mine look a bit darker and closer together.

I know people will say it always shows three lines and if it says negative it is negative but I am hoping someone will have positive outcome with the same situation. Is it possible it is just too early for digital to read it as positive or do you honestly think I should get ready for next cycle?
