Depression cleaning

I’ve been down for quite some time now and decided to give my depression room(more like a hoarder room) a clean. I have a leaky window and I’ve been telling my parents this for months. I went to move my bed and the entire corner and base boards are covered in black mold. I cannot move my bed much so I put on gloves and several masks and went to scrubbing. I used some bleach and baking soda to wash off what I can but there is still spores. How do I tell my parents I have mold? I’m 16 and I’m panicking.
