Hi ladies this month has been so miserable for me as my feet are super swollen no shoe fits me anymore except sandals I went from a size 6 to a size 9 😩 my entire legs are so big I just started using compression socks they hurt to put on but it does help bring some swelling down , I also read elevating my legs would help but I can’t breathe when I do put my legs higher than my stomach any tips that have been helpful to you ? I’m so close to buying the leg compressor machine even tho they are pricey 😭
