The app, mainly community, helped me understand my body and how/when to test with opk’s and THAT is what helped! The app was almost always wrong on my exact ovulation day so opk’s were vital. It still took a while, but even with fertility issues we were successful!

The app didn’t work for me….. what did was tracking ovulation. Keep your head up I know it’s tough!!!

If you are just following an app and not testing you could be missing important days.  The apps are just guesses based on text book, but not everyone is text book.  You should be testing LH to know when your body is ready to ovulate, then confirm 7-10 dpo with a progesterone test to confirm ovulation happened, or use a BBT correctly.

The app has been a great way of support for me and our struggle to conceive, it helps me realize that we are not alone ❤️ that our time will come❤️ yes it’s super difficult sometimes to go to the baby side of this app rather than the TTC but I keep praying that one day we will all get the blessing and joy of pregnancy. I’ve made some amazing friends on this app as well and I love watching them succeed ❤️ this app is great!

I haven’t started checking my temps but logging everyday sex periods moods cms so I’m trying to use it the way it should be but still kinda new.
