Things that helped me with PCOS

Hi I just wanted to make this post for little tips on things that could help. I have been doing seed cycling , tablespoon of two seeds a day in given phase and taking atleast a tablespoon of raw unrefined coconut oil a day , you can put in your coffee , oatmeal etc.. I found eating three times a day not missing out on meals makes a difference. If I miss one day of coconut oil everything goes to a stand still so you gotta be on it. I hope this benefits someone ! When I do this I actually ovulate , I can tell by tracking cervical mucus and my periods are around 32 days wwhich is crazy for me cause mine can be up to 60 day cycles
