Nervous Now

So last night my DH and I were talking. And he says are we sure it’s a boy? I’m like what do you mean? He says well that tech was like it looks like I think. I’m like what. Backstory. At 15weeks 6days. We got our ultrasound for measuring. And we were measuring exactly where we were at 15weeks 6 days. And the tech in ultrasound says would you like to know the gender well of course we do. And I may have been caught up in the moment of watching the baby move and hearing the heart beat. But she gave a picture and said it’s a boy. Now I’m so nervous. Our anatomy scan is in 2 days when we are 20+1 (currently 19+6) and I’m like I’m pretty sure the tech sounded confident but then when I woke up this morning I wasn’t sure. So as DH is getting ready to leave for work I ask him are you sure she sounded like that. He says yes babe she didn’t sound confident. So I’m a bit nervous. We both got excited with boy me more than DH. But worried. How often can a US tech be wrong? Is 15w6d too early to tell. Below is the photo from 15w6d ultrasound.
