Energy Crisis!
How is a nursing mother supposed to get energy when I can't even drink a steady amount of caffeine during the day? I have protein powder and I drink that daily and I'm drinking water like crazy. Of course I'm not getting enough sleep but UGH I have no energy to do anything other than eat and sleep basically and my house needs to be cleaned
