Pregnancy related high blood pressure

I'm 19 weeks and pressure has started to elevated. The Dr's. Wants me to Montor it at home and take baby aspirin it is not pre eeclampcia I have no protein in urine no head ace or swelling. Up to this point BP had been pretty normal and or been elevated this week, I also have anxiety disorder and has been worried about the baby and the pregnancy and worrying if that could be adding to my elevated numbers. Has anyone had pregnancy related hypertension that was not pre eeclampcia please share experience
