SMEP success?

Anyone had any success with the sperm meets egg plan? I just went through a chemical about a week and a half ago. My husband and I have been following the SMEP plan and I’m now 1 DPO. Anyone been successful using this method? I’m devastated after my loss and really hoping to get pregnant again immediately.
