Judgment for having toddler in car with no coat

Does anyone else get constant criticism for not having a coat on their toddler/ infant in the car seat? Obviously if you have “car seat safe coats” this doesn’t apply, but for anyone else. My mother and mother in law always give me a hard time, I literally have to explain to them every-time I see them that they don’t wear coats in the carseat. I have my kids in warm shirts and a sweatshirt, and a blanket in the car
